Much as I give 3 stars

Much as I give 3 stars, my 2 previous purchases if ink cartridge #920 XL, which was listed that can work in tandem with my HP Officejet 6500A Plus, has not worked for me. I'm wondering if you may have #920 exclusively, not the XL. That might work and replace my purchases. I'm willing to send you back those 2 920XL anytime. Thank you.

A Reliable Firm

I have ordered printer ink refill cartridges from Printerink a number of times. They always deliver the product I order in a timely manner and I have always been satisfied with what I bought. The price is always much better than brick & mortar stores.

Slow shipping

I paid for 2-3 day shipping. It took over a week. It's a good thing I wasn't in dIreland need of that ink.

We are sorry that you have not received your order, your order was shipped out the same day that you placed it (Sept 24) http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/processInputRequest?tracknum=92748926997907583000167150. per the tracking, USPS was supposed to deliver on Sept 30, but there is an "Exception" as posted by USPS that they misrouted it to the wrong postal center. While this is out of our control and we have no way of knowing unless we are notified that you have not received it on time (as you did here), we apologize for the significant inconvenience and will be contacting our USPS representative to see if it can be expedited for you.

Good website, good product, quick delivery.

I needed the ink for my printer right away and it was easy to find on your website. There were several choices and the one I chose was very good quality and worked very well in my HP printer. Despite hearing all the horror stories about using remanufactured cartridges, there was no problem. You also saved my a lot of money over the OEM cartridges.
Thank you.
