Ordered printer ink cartridges in July this year and despite numerous unanswered e-mails+a letter to their registered address in Scotland didn’t receive any response.Appauling customer service and totally unresponsive.Having taken my payment I would not recommend to anyone to think again when ordering from this outfit.

Send me two cartridges that did not work with my printer. I noticed each had 'Use before 09/2025' printed on the side even though I ordered them on 5th September 2025.

Despite this I had to go through sending lots of picture and doing printer tests. When I raised the issued of the Use By date the agent said "cartridges don't have an expiry date. And I can assure you that this is not the expiration date. these are manufactured by third part and they usually print unnecessary stuff on it"

You couldn't make it up.

Waiting to hear back on how this is going to be progressed

I'm having problems with the wrong item being sent. I can't get a response with live chat, I can't reach them by phone.
I've sent several emails but always get the same reply 'Sorry we have to look into this our procurement department again we will update you on the matter as we chase this up.'
dpd did come yesterday while I was out to say that they had come to collect a parcel, I do not know anything about this so maybe sent by printer inks, who knows!!

I placed my order on the 6th Feb. I had an email confirming my order then another saying my order had been delivered. My order was never received and have sent 1 email via the website and 4 to their email address asking for this to be sorted. I would like to know where others have managed to find a phone number to call this company as I haven't been able to find one. Almost 3 weeks later I have not received my order or had a reply

Bought a replacement toner cartridge for a laser printer. It stopped working after a couple of months. I sent an email to Printerinks. Stefan wrote back with some trouble shooting advice but as this did not help, I received a replacement within 5 days. Thanks Stefan for a very prompt and efficient service.I shall definitely buy from you again.

Placing order was easy and prices very competitive. The only difficulty I experienced was with order confirmation was not received. A call to Printerink was met with courtesy and efficiency, and order was confirmed . Order was received as expected.

I love the printer ink refill. I purchased the colored pack and couldnt be happier. Purchasing printer ink is expensive and the refil pack is very economical.

I got the ink I needed at a good price. I have only one issue, one of the black ink cartridges wouldn't click into the printer.

opened shipping package with my color and black cartridges and found them professionially sealed in plastic and in holders protecting from damage, instructions and eraser to properly prepare cartrides before putting in printer. I toook out my present cartridges and inserted printerink.com replacement cartridges and my HP printer recognized the remanufactured ones and worked excellent. I was told by sales person that if I had isssues, they stand behind their product. I am pleased to say at least initially the cartridges worked flawlessly being remanufactured Hp cartridges. I will be ordering more cartridges. Great job to printerink .com

Price, Efficient, Fast, Good Product

The response to my order was prompt and a package arrived quickly. However, what I received was not what I ordered. It took several calls to reach someone who said he would remedy the situation. Then he insisted that I send him a picture of what was delivered. This was an imposition for me as I do not own an iphone or know how to send a picture on an email. My daughter made a special trip to help me. (another imposition.) All I needed was a return authorization. I have purchased from Printer ink several times and all was well. I hope this was an aberation.

It was understanding that 2-5 days for my very important project) The weekend should not have been part of the of the 2-5 days days because I called it in early MONDAY. So at the latest it should have been here was FRIDAY I would have ordered the overnight (2 days) If I thought it would not have been here by Friday

First I like the price! I've only the new ink once and that one time it seemed to be working fine. Right now i bill by again. C German

Much as I give 3 stars, my 2 previous purchases if ink cartridge #920 XL, which was listed that can work in tandem with my HP Officejet 6500A Plus, has not worked for me. I'm wondering if you may have #920 exclusively, not the XL. That might work and replace my purchases. I'm willing to send you back those 2 920XL anytime. Thank you.
