Item was damaged when arrived. Emailed 4 times and have had no reply when writing this. The item is a gift and needed for a certain date so a quick reply to ascertain my options would have been nice

Outstanding work he even touched it up for me and put a bit more grass under my dog its absolutely stunning. This guy is amazing at his work

Not impressed at all. I was expecting a water colour effect of the photo I sent, not just a photo of the dogs head. I asked twice if I could see a preview before it was posted as it was a gift for a friend, but I was ignored. Very underwhelmed to say the least.

I ordered a picture to be painted for my son and his girlfriend’s proposal of marriage. It is absolutely beautiful. I’m so pleased with it as the quality of the picture I sent was grainy. I am so excited to give them the picture. Well done you.

Good service, item looked great and well packaged. Only reason for not giving 5 out of 5 was issue with website order but tjis was quickly fixed by responsive and helpful team and order still arrived on time. Overall very happy.

Excellent product only criticism I have was the lack of communication from Printing Bee regarding the order, no contact from when I placed the order on the 7th May until the photo arrived on the 15th .
However the product is very good quality .

Very easy process, efficient and nothing was too much trouble! Arrived and was a lovely momento of a loved pet definitely recommend.

Easy to navigate website and ordering system followed by excellent service and great product. Would use again

Not the best service. I requested for next day delivery (as had been let down by a different company and Was pushed for time) and nothing was dispatched.

I contacted the day it was due and they said they needed 1 day production and 1 day shipping although that is not stated anywhere on site.

Again at the end of the day they advised would be dispatched still nothing of a preview or dispatch email so although plans were reorganised for the gift for tomorrow this will have had to be postponed again.

I wish I had read the other reviews about the next day shipping etc cause it seems this has happened more than once. Refund requested as it has been a complete waste of time and not the delivery as stated.

Oh my goodness, sat here in tears. Sadly our eldest dog crossed the rainbow bridge last November, broke my heart. Coming up to what would have been his 15th Birthday and just received the most amazing canvas to remember him by. A quality piece that is going to take pride of place. Just cannot thank you enough, stunning.

I've ordered 2 prints and extremely please with both. The prints were delivered within a few days and both were made to a high standard, I have already recommend this company to other people.

We sadly lost our beloved labradoodle Lando at only 6 years old to an unexpected medical emergency. I wanted to find a picture frame that offered several photos slots as well as a fitting tribute to our wonderful dog. Printing Bee had just the right frame with a dog foot print as well as a space for a message. However, it was the service in getting the images positioned right is what truly made it 5* service for us. We now have a beautiful frame with cherished memories that does Lando proud.
