I placed an order on February 5, 2026 and as of April 2, 2026 it has not been shipped. I received an email from the owner assuring me that they had supply chain issues from their manufacturer in China due to the Chinese New Year, but rest assured, I am "not being scammed" and my order would be shipping the first week of March. The owner provided a telephone number to "either call or text with any inquiries" to her directly! I texted once, saw it was read, but never responded to. The voicemail on this number has been disabled. They had previously answered inquiries to the customer service email provided, but that has even stopped now. I suspect they are bankrupt and/or at the very least heading in that direction and not providing refunds or product for that matter. Very disappointing.

Useless never received my order. All response to emails are the same ...

I ordered the foundation and brush on March 4 this year. I have received NOTHING to date, yet they charged by credit card. I have emailed and called the number, but NO response. Please do NOT order from this company - customer service is terrible. BUYER BEWARE!!

Ordered and no contact from the company since. Even those pesky emails stopped. Emailed twice no response will have to call my credit card company to solve this. My opinion complete scam

3 months later, nothing. Write a reply to find out what happened and zilch, nothing, complete silence.
Best way to pacify customers with promises that they have to wishes to execute. We’ll take you money and that’s it.

The first time I ordered I was very impressed. The product was fabulous. I took advantage of their Black Friday offer and even after speaking to the owner, I did not receive my products.
I have continued to message in hopes he will try to make things right.
It’s a shame as it’s a really great product.

I purchased their Black Friday deal.. which was to include a free brush… I referred a friend to try it as well.. We both didn’t get it. I contacted the company multiple times, even told them I was having no choice but to warn others about the lack of customer service…. They did seem like they were going to go above and beyond to make a customer happy. Still no brush 3 months later, and no extra products sent which was their solution for no one getting back to Me. Beware of this company promoting deals. Looks like they don’t follow through. It is a good foundation, but We have both moved onto a better company.

Under no circumstances buy this product. I made an order 3weeks ago it never arrived. In my opinion it’s a scam.

I am very disappointed with the foundation. It made my skin look orange and despite the amount I applied it caked and melted on my skin. Worse even, was the rash and irritation I experienced. I have sent emails with no response and although I was able to cancel the subscription, I can only find info that I have to buy another 3 months worth. So dissapointed I fell for this scam

Ordered Oct. 16, received confirmation but no communication since. Emails ignored. Definitely do not recommend. What a shame, trying to support a Canadian company and receive lousy customer service and no product.

I ordered the foundation as I have been struggling to find a good one. The product was like water! No substance to it at all. It also turned my skin orange. I have reached out for a refund and have not gotten any response. Don't waste your money!!!

I’m here to tell you my experience is very different from many, and I am not paid for this endorsement. I waited approximately 4 weeks for delivery but was worth the wait. The product does exactly as promised. It goes on as thin as you desire, with excellent coverage. The product does know what tint your skin is as the coverage is perfect. For this to be an 50 SPF is just icing on the cake! I have previously purchased similar products with SPF for three times the price but one third the satisfaction. I spoke with the company rep, Reem, and expressed my appreciation for the product. I asked, should they ever choose not to stay in business, to let me know as I will buy 10 bottles. I placed an order (#PP3982) on January 2nd, and as of today—over five months later—I still haven’t received the item. This level of delay is completely unacceptable for any business.

What’s worse is the lack of customer service. I’ve reached out multiple times to resolve the issue, but I’ve only been met with silence or vague, unhelpful responses. There’s been no accountability, vague updates, and no resolution.

I’ve now formally requested a full refund, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before ordering from this company. Based on my experience, you may be left waiting indefinitely with no product and no support.
