Good product and the subscription service is easy to use and manage.

My experience with Probio 7 has always been excellent. Immediate e nail replies and a great attitude from everyone. No 1 customer service.

Website easy to order from and they didn't take too long to come

After antibiotics i had loose stools for 3 months, I started taking Probio Ultra and on 4th day I had a regular poo and this has continued. I spoke to your nutrition expect Rebecca who listened to my story and gave recommendation to suit my individual need. Thank you.

Delivery dates were amended to 7th aug, finally arrived 12th aug, so we had to buy some more from boots. Also not responding to my emails!

My emails have since been replied to, and resolved to my satisfaction. I'm happy to amend this particular review to 4 stars.

We've been using Probio 7 for a long time now and find it very good. The service is also very quick and reliable.

Following my previous review in June where I gave one star only, I did get a response and had advice from a
nutritional expert. To date, my husband has been taking the Probio7 Ultra for his SIBO issue for the past month and so far there does seem to be some improvement which is good so we are hoping this continues. Having done lots of research, a study I read stated that certain probiotics were as effective as Metronidazole antibiotic at eliminating the bad bacteria. This product is the only one I could find that contained the suggested bacteria. Keeping our fingers crossed long term. Thanks for advice.

I suffer with IBS and painful bloating. I have taken ProBio for a few weeks and have already noticed an improvement: my bloating has gone down by 50% and my flare ups are already becoming more manageable. Can’t believe I haven’t tried these sooner!

I’ve taken Probio7 Advanced for two months now and have seen a huge improvement in my stomach health! Would highly recommend.

I recently used Probio7 Restore which were fab, so now for my daily probiotic I have chosen Advanced. I have seen such a difference in my skin (I suffer from acne and my skin is a lot less inflamed).
I also have seen such a change in minimising bloating too.

Very positive change in my health

I started taking AB21 during Covid after reading the report on its success in reducing Covid symptoms and recovery. I had two parents in their late 90's and wanted to be especially careful when with them. I had symptoms of Long Covid and within a week noticed they were improving. I have continued taking the AB21 to date and realise I have not even suffered from a cold in the last 3 years, inspite of looking after grandchildren and volunteering in a primary school to listen to children's reading. It seems to have bestowed a strong resistance to respiratory infections in general, for which I am very grateful.

On recommendation from my GP, to take pro-biotics for bowel issues, I started using Pro-bio7 50+ after purchasing them via Holland and Barrett! So far, so good. I haven't had any flare ups for quite a while now.

I have been struggling with Long Covid for almost a year. Through a lot of hard work I overcame many debilitating symptoms, but couldn't shake my remaining symptoms (heavily PEM/CF). I read the study for AB21 and was compelled by its impact on acute covid and its ability to reduce the longevity of the virus. I gave it a try, and quite literally within 5 days I had my first 100% symptom-free day in over 10 months. After a few weeks I was having 100% days every day. This has completely changed my life and I'm still shocked. I cant explain what its like to "wake up" from being sick 24/7. Its like having a second chance at living.

So much of our immune system lives in the gut and COVID just makes its self right at home there. It wipes our our microbiome and depletes us. Considering the gut communicates with the lungs, the brain, and pretty much everything it makes complete sense that LC sufferers need to work on healing their gut.

I am hopeful that this is a major step forward in addressing Long Covid. There are millions of people suffering every day, and I truly believe this can help them. My hope is that it can also help prevent Long Covid in the first place, given how it helps the acute phase resolve. I cant thank you all enough!

I sent a query to their Instagram DMs and I was completely ignored which is very unprofessional. I used the green probiotics and saw no improvement after months and no changes after coming off of them.

This company has always delivered beyond and above my expectations. Always a fast delivery despite the fact that I live in Hungary. At one time the package did not arrive on time due to wrong addressing and they did not hesitate to send me another package by special delivery just to make sure I got my usual supply on time.

Purchased a set for my wife for Christmas, the sieve bowl thingy had a split in the sieve. Contacted Customer Service and they said no problem, bowl in post. No bowl arrived...to cut a long story short..TNT were being utterly incompetent and not delivering, even claiming they had actually delivered it when they had not. So after 2 bowls weren't delivered, the lovely people at Probio7 arranged to get the 3rd bowl delivered by Royal Mail and it arrived the next day. Excellent Customer Service. Even though there are two bowls floating round TNTs offices somewhere, Probio7 sent another one. I am impressed at this level of Customer Service. No issue with having sent bowls previously, it was always "sorry, we'll resolve this" even though it was TNT's fault, not theirs. Companies with the best customer satisfaction earn it by doing well when things go wrong, this is totally the case here.

Nice, clean packaging, clear instructions, arrived swiftly. Haven’t taken it yet so can’t comment on how well it actually works, but I based my purchase on published evidence so I’m hopeful this will be another layer of protection against covid.
