Great flowers at a reasonable price

Working thru ProBunga is a strait forward and great experience. The flower arrangements are beautiful. Delivery is on point. I recommend - Dan J C

Incompetent!! What was supposed to be a lovely surprise ruined by them sending a photo of the flowers after the delivery time which I assumed was at the recipients address. So I had to spoil the surprise and ask them to look. It then transpired that the photo was taken at the flower shop!! The recipient then had to track down her own flower delivery. What should have been joy changed to stress. Now being delivered a day late with a piece of chocolate as compensation!!

I spent many years in the flower business and this order wilted after 12 hours and 3 of thr roses lost their heads

They made it easy !
I ordered and put Address and they delivered and called to make sure all was good. They sent email with pictures to make sure all was correct! They delivered on same day and that was cool!

They just forgot the card 😅 so my gf was like why was there no card? In theory it could have been from anyone because she disnt get the card that i wrote online, so thay was a bit annoying. But it was hard to find a flower place online that accepted visa and these guys did! So im happy with everything except They forgot the card lol.

A prompt service with regular updates on my order with photos. I ordered from the UK so it was nice to receive updates

Ordered flowers the night before the day on which I wanted the delivery to be completed.
Flowers got delivered the very next day in the morning, as promised by the company. The little card and the flowers were as expected.
The follow up of the delivery by the team was on point via Whatsapp.
Overall a great experience

Very good service, great communication and the flowers were beautiful and bigger than expected.

Zero star even 1 star is too much.
Very disappointing experience with Probunga. The delivery was late, the flowers were not fresh, and the arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised. it just look like a mix of left over flower. This was for a special occasion and it ruined the surprise.

Customer service was unresponsive and did not take responsibility. For the price charged, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from them unless significant improvements are made.

Update: says to contact their customer service who still has not replied to my messages or missed calls from yesterday.
Ordered flowers for Valentines Day 5 days prior - Valentines happens to be on a Saturday this year. Nothing arrived for my partner, who now feels like I didn’t care about her.
There was no email confirmation of delivery or attempts.
I tried calling and messaging earlier in the day but apparently they dont work on weekends (even though it was Valentines Day which is a vital day for a flower shop).
I would pay double or triple to ensure flowers were delivered - really disappointed with the service here.

I ordered flowers on the 9th of February to be sent on the 14th of February for Valentine’s Day. I did request that there would be sent between 2 and 5 pm. I sent an email to somebody and they got back to me straight away and told me that they couldn’t give me an exact time, but it will be sent out on the day between 9 am and 10 pm.

The flowers were not sent they were not received. I paid extra for a vase and also extra for delivery.

This was meant to be a first Valentine’s Day gift. I am so disappointed I would not recommend these very bad experience.

I should’ve come to trustpilot first and check the reviews clearly this is an extremely bad company.

Always very happy and satisfied as the items are fresh, messages are well printed and delivery is reliable. Thanks so much to all at ProBunga. Wish you could offer more items in future, like chicken essence and more other foodstuff... Will be patronising soon again... 😊
