Great choice of products. I went and bought myself some more silicone trivets for hot pans, dishes etc and more bag clips. I'm so pleased with them and would definitely recommend.

The pan has become unusable within few…
The pan has become unusable within few weeks and I don’t have the receipts which is needed to exchange it though they said it will be mailed

Warranty claim
I contacted the support team regarding a warranty issue. The claim process was simple and straightforward, and I received a replacement pan within days. I am extremely happy with the new pan and the overall customer support experience!

Good advice, got what I wanted
I found what I sought. Two members of staff on duty. Both very helpful and easy to talk with. Good advice and corrected an error I made with courtesy. All good.
