Accidentally dropped an item
Accidentally dropped an item, heard a tutt from behind the counter from which seems to be the manager, and then heard him say to staff member,, I’m not clearing it up u can!!!!!!. I picked up the worst of it and the nice young girl swept the small pieces. Then I went to pay the girl and she asked the , what seemed to be the manager,, to wrap my items in tissue and it almost felt like a mission for him. Think maybe he needs to lighten up a bit. All in all, pleased with items but not some of staff.

The store ticked lots of boxes
The store is well displayed and they have a great range of stock. The staff were helpful and the out of town location and easy parking made it a pleasing Christmas shopping experience.

Fabulous Japanese-style knives made from X50 German steel. Really good customer service from an agreeable and knowledgeable man. The only thing I would improve is your Black Friday deals - several deals in the knife section but I wanted 3 specific knives and didn't get any discount - maybe consider a multibuy deal across all knives for next year's Black Friday - buy 3, get 10% off or similar

I would have liked to see a med sized…
I would have liked to see a med sized processor, and i thought the one i brought was in the black friday price range, but i must have been mistaken. The person who served me gave all the relevant details of what i required the processor to do. i have used it, it is great, except with my painful hands a job to close and open the lid, very stiff.

Phoned the Bordon store to see if they…
Phoned the Bordon store to see if they had the steamer I wanted in stock. They only had one & put it to one side for me to collect the following day. Didn't require payment until I picked it up.
Very polite and professional staff.
