Nice staff, quality stock.
The young lady who was working there gave us time to have a bit of a wander, and then came over to ask if we would like any assistance or advice. Which we didn't at that time, so she said if we changed our minds she'd be happy to help.
When I had picked up the things I wanted and went to pay she asked me if I intended to use the knife sharpening guide on the Japanese utility kitchen knife and kindly warned me not to because it was fixed to the wrong angle for Japanese blades and would damage the knife. I'm grateful that she did that, because I would probably made a pigs ear of the knife blade on what was an expensive, but, reasonably priced kitchen knife.
I'm sure she would have been just as knowledgeable and helpful about the rest of the stock.
I'd recommend this Kitchen Shop to anyone who wanted good quality items.

needed a replacement pepper grinder pronto
What better way to find a great selection of salt and pepper grinders than in my local branch of Pro Cook.
The shop was only 5 mins from home and they had a wide selection of what I needed, cheaper and faster than online alternative. The two sales girls were really great at packaging my item and offered me a digital version of my receipt to be emailed, perfect. Thankyou.

Will be returning the new colour works tin opener as soon as I can. It’s useless and fidly to use.even my grown up son said chuck it in the bin. As it’s under 6 months warranty (it cost £5) . Will return for money back not good for arthritis fingers .purchased 26/03/25x
