The staff were really friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient when I couldn't decide which knives to purchase and helped me to come to a decision without being overbearing or pushy.

Lovely shop with great value and some good bargains, everything looks like a quality product and the staff are always helpful and professional, purchases wrapped nicely, feels as though you are valued as a customer and I don’t really go there that often as I’m not local.

Lovely very helpful shop assistant who helped us to make the right choice for our requirements. Pan set looks lovely and hopefully my daughter will have many years of cooking fulfilment with her new set.

Fantastic helpful staff
Fantastic helpful staff, really friendly especially giving our little dog treats which he very much loved. We brought some lovely knifes &block which the member of staff said we could keep them behind the till until we had done all our shopping in the other outlets at Mcarthur Glen. Well done Pro Cook Bridgend for a fantastic shopping experience.
