Great Customer Service
Friendly and helpful member of staff, who advised on the product I wanted to buy. Great quality egg poaching pan, which will hopefully last as long as my old one - 21yrs!

It would be great if you would stock things made in the UK. Even the EU rather than stocking up on made in China stuff.

Walk in and saw a beautiful yellow…
Walk in and saw a beautiful yellow stripe mug and been waiting for staff to come and serve, instead I have to looked for a staff member who is very busy arranging displayed rather than serving customer. When I ask if I can purchased one mug on its own he us not happy and checked then told me with a very annoyed face .. no and that’s it no explanation nothing and he get himself busy.if staff doesn’t want to work in a place where customer asked stupid question then this is not for you.what a miserable staff(man) and rude.Bristol ProCook needs staff training to be more welcoming with customer .
