Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff helped us completely kit out our kitchen. Will definitely be back in the future but with a 25 year guarantee on the pans, it might not be for a while!

Mel at the Cannock store (MacArthur Glenn) was amazing - she knows her products and was able to fully explain specifications across the various ranges of pots and pans we were exploring. We hadn’t actually planned to make a purchase, but with her expertise it made a very compelling case to upgrade our old set, so we did!
