The lady who assisted me was very helpful as knowledgeable. She was also kind enough to give me a spare spoon after telling her one of our spoons on our set has gone missing:)

Always a pleasure
Once again I was met by helpful friendly staff with excellent product knowledge.
You lose a star because I was looking to replace both my chargrill and saute pans (both 30cm) from your granite range only to find them no longer available.

We are happy to hear that our team provided knowledgeable and friendly service. Thank you for your review. We recognize how disappointing it is when a favorite cookware line, like our 30cm granite options, is discontinued, and we will share your feedback with our product team.

Found what were we looking for
Found what were we looking for, but only after asking a member of staff, who was very helpful.
But why are the electrical can openers separate from other small electrical appliances?

Well done ProCook girls in Canterbury!
Spent ages choosing the right knife months ago then recently lost it. After staring at dozens in the display cabinet trying to remember which one I bought before the staff said give me your email address and we'll look for what you bought before. Amazing they found it straight away. Never thought of this contact use when making a purchase. They then went on to find me a retail outlet of a gadget they didn't sell just to be helpful. The is the number one reason I like to go to real shops with real people. Well done ProCook girls Canterbury!
