She took me to exactly the item I needed, in fact every time I purchase something from ProCook and this lady serves me she knows where everything is.
She is very friendly, has time to talk to you and always makes you feel welcome.

The manager in Exeter is amazing
The manager in Exeter is amazing.
Honestly, in a shop that sells kitchen equipment, he has built up relationships with his customers.
As a family, we are on our second espresso machine from him, yes, there might be better machines out there, but what you do get, is something personal.
Also, I am somewhat disabled, or limb different, so the manager carries my coffee machine across town to my car.
You wouldn't get that anywhere else. Plus, he loves to talk about coffee, and venues.
Its all about relationships!
And thats worth supporting Pro Cook Exeter for all day long.

Excellent customer service and can always trust their pans. I still have a set of Professional Cookware Company pans that I purchased in 1996, and they're still like new.

We have bought other knives in this particular set and have been very pleased with them. This purchase was for a knife we needed. The transaction itself was easy, our customer experience was good and overall we are very pleased with our purchase.
