Great range of utensils
The shop is attractively laid out and it’s easy to find what you’re specifically after, but pleasant to browse. Staff are helpful, polite and make shopping there pleasant

Friendly, kind and knowledgeable
I'm really glad I popped into the ProCook store in Exeter. It was the first time I had been in the shop and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had my dog with me and the staff said it was ok for me to bring her in and then made a lovely fuss of her which I really appreciated. I was helped to find the exact product I was looking for, the staff member who helped me had really good knowledge of all the products and gave me confidence to buy the things I needed. I wished I had time to browse for longer. I will definitely go to this store again the next time I am in Exeter.
