Very pleasant sales lady.
Happy to let me browse around by myself.
Understood what I was looking for when I described item.
Took me to where it was and clearly explained improvements that had been made to it since my previous one

Friendly helpful staff got what I wanted, spent to much lol.could not have without the help.where is your nearest shop to swansea, as we were on a day trip.

We wanted to replace an old ceramic coated knives and add different sized one. They last for years, are extremely good, come with their own safety sheaths and are remarkably good value. Even the kitchen scissors were included in the deal! And an attractive new blue colour.
We also replaced our old weighing scales which were showing signs of wear after many years. The facility to go back to zero to add new ingredients into the same bowl is particularly useful. So a successful shop - everything we were looking for at an excellent price and with very helpful and pleasant shop staff. Thank you! ☺️

Great products and al9ways pleased with our purchases

We've always held ProCook in high regard and had good experiences in-store, but we've had two 18.5cm stainless steel colanders break, one in our house and one bought by my parents on the same day, and in one case it was genuinely dangerous. The handle snapped off mid-pour with boiling water, which very nearly went down my partner's arm.

Two failures like this from the same purchase date isn't just bad luck, it points to a real fault that other customers should know about. We reported it and haven't had a reply, which only adds to the concern. I'm writing this to raise awareness rather than out of spite, but I expected better from this company.

Great product at reduced price even better

Extremely helpful

Really nice produce. Had an piece from an online order turn up broken and after calling customer care, had a new bowl sent out next day delivery. Cant fault that process and would give 5*. What let this company down is the shop staff. I got first 2 sets in the shop and when i asked the girl, she instantly told me to buy online. When i questioned it, it wasnt because there was no stock, it was just too much like hard work for her!
