New pans
The sales lady was very knowledgeable about your products and helpful. The pans are great, weve had them a few days now and things cook great in them and they wash nicely too.

Carving knife
Your store on Metrocentre Gateshead is really nice and welcoming.The range is amazing.We have needed a really good carving knife for a while.
We got one to suit our pocket.
Tried it out on Sunday Roast it is great

Bought a cafetière in November’25 which…
Bought a cafetière in November’25 which developed a hissing sound and seemed to have water between the inner and outer layers, also bought a granite roasting tray which was beginning to shed its coating.
Staff at he metrocentre replaced both items under guarantee without question. I have shopped at Procook for many years and always received excellent servive

Great Service
Member of staff approached me after i had entered shop and had enough time to look for the product i wanted myself unsuccessfully and helped me find what i was looking for quickly. Straight to the checkout and sorted, Great service and the shop has a very good selection of products.
