Great customer service
Great customer service - bought spice and herb rack but member of staff saw it was marked so got me another one. Very reasonably priced items. Been looking for this type of rack for ages and finally found one!

The products are excellent
The products are excellent, exactly what I was looking for. And the price is super competitive.
The shop was really well set out and enjoyed walking round, hidden little gem this definitely is..
Lastly the sales assistants were really friendly. Nice to be acknowledged but not harassed..

Love the mixing bowl with lid!
I love the mixing bowl as it’s oven safe and has lid. Having lid makes it useful for overnight marination etc.

Bought a few products from pro cook…
Bought a few products from pro cook now. Knives were very sharp (two accidental trips to A&E)
Bought some other kitchen bits and bobs and they're all excellent quality
