Wonderful service and brilliant knives
My wife and I visited the Solihull store in Touchwood to buy a teapot (originally), but then decided to buy a set of new knives. The staff are very helpful and friendly and you can even try the knives out first and then view the knife stands before purchasing. There is no pressure at all, and we are very happy with the set we purchased. Thank you.

Helpful retail assistant, good range of products and 20% discount on the item we wanted to purchase.
Pro cook cast iron pan, manufactured in the UK and a quarter of the price of well known brand.

Great products and fabulous service
We have both bought a lot of cooking items from Pro cook and their quality is second to none. Great value for money!! The young lady in the Solihull store, imaan, was fantastic. Her knowledge and enthusiasm were all hugely appreciated and we felt under no pressure as she guided us through the various options. Would highly recommend!!

Great experience at ProCook in Touchwood, Solihull. Imaan offered excellent customer service — friendly, professional, and truly helpful throughout my visit. She patiently answered my questions and helped me choose the right products without feeling pressured. The store was tidy, well-organised, and had a wide selection of high-quality kitchenware.
