Our first visit
The first time my husband and I had visited your shop , we really liked it the lay out and the choice were good . It had a good feel to the store nicely lit as well . The two assistants were very helpful .

I wasn’t under any pressure to buy. Sales assisted waited until I showed an interest in a type of knife. Her knowledge was very good along with advice.

The Southampton store doesn’t disappoint. Has a welcoming feel. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to guide you. Nothing is to much trouble for them.

New Proshop shop opened in Southampton.
New shop opened recently, well laid out and very helpful staff. Purchased two electric salt and pepper item in a bamboo box. `I realised the there was a base cover missing and emailed the Care Department who responded immediately and sent a replacement directly to my home! What a great service and I will recommend ProCool to all my friends. Well done the Care team and many thanks.
