We fell upon the store nor realising there was one in Swindon. Lots of selection, and space to browse all on display. Excellent customer service that was greatly appreciated.

Great set of knives
Great range of products. Bought item in outlet store. Experience was good.
Bought a replacement set of knives, really impressed. Weighty in the handle which is just what I wanted and the knives are one unit.

Had bought cooking trays in December…
Had bought cooking trays in December and used the big one 3 times and it cracked.
Rang up as I couldn't find a receipt and Sam said don't worry about it come in and we can change it.
Very happy outcome.
