Really good value for a central London cooking shop. Small items (dough scrapers, cooking thermometers etc., and good bargains for meal settings on sale

Great store, great staff
Staff were extremely helpful on the phone to confirm they had the item and when I went to the store to purchase the item (ended up buying more things). I would give them 5 stars, but want to keep them on their toes! I always go to ProCook as first choice for kitchenware.

Both the shakers work and look great but
Both the shakers work and look great.
Just the service at the store was not so good as they had no paper to pack the shakers and they could easily break and get scratched a grey shiny metal and glass/plastic.
The staff said as they out of paper. They could simply use petty cash and buy from newt door tiger tiger or other store.
There were 4 people were working and none thought of it?
Could have given 2 stars or even 5 stars if...

Very helpful assistant
Very helpful assistant, as I had on my previous visit too. Beautifully arranged tableware and other goods. I love to browse this store and the choice of goods is wonderful. I look forward to shopping in this store when I am in the West end!
