Very helpful staff, good prices thanks

I love ProCook because of its high quality and variety of kitchen gadgets and utensils. I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases. I've been shopping for a while in their Wembley retail outlet shopping mall and the customer service was excellent. I'll definetely continue shopping there :-)

You said you'd read only some of my emails, I'm sending this thread of all my emails you said you'd not been given by the customer care manager. Im alert to the consistent oddities &questionable way all department are dealing with this, &is demonstration of continued attempts to conceal the issues Ive raised.

I reiterate this is not a matter merely about a missing item, as per your clear purpose, which I felt you were steamrollering the call on this basis.

As I iterated to you, I am happy to speak with you, or any person on the basis of there being a sincere intention and readiness to recognise, acknowledge discuss and deal with all of my complaint & the impact its had on me, physical and emotional distress, my time wasted, and continued to be unnecessarily consumed thus wasted from my first contact with customer care through to today's call with yourself, as we could not proceed with the call on the basis that you had declared not having read all my correspondence.
....your tone of voice &manner sounded hostile &defensive, not warm, inviting, sympathetic, empathetic, remorseful, or apologetic and it felt very much as that this was going to be a very difficult encounter, which it was, seeming like a battle, and my anxiety was triggered.

I further acknowledge and appreciate you seeming to dial back once I expressed this, & I look forward to our call tomorrow, with the expectation of a resolution to me. If not, I am ready to file reports to Trading Standards and the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office).

I made it very clear in all correspondence that I should not be emailed, &requested to be telephoned, to speak to &discuss this COMPLAINT. Therefore, all emails sent by customer services have been deliberate violations of my expressed wishes, requests &prohibitions of written correspondence being sent &request to be telephoned to discuss this matter.

I acknowledge that I missed a call from you yesterday, Wednesday the 12th August, which is fine. I saw the missed call, and called you back, and we were able to arrange a mutually convenient time to have a discussion, today.
There is and was no need or requirement for a written correspondence to be sent to me in order to arrange a call. In fact, doing so, knowingly, wantonly served to disrespect me by disregarding my instructions not to be emailed, and also served to be counter productive in progressing this complaint matter being dealt with. I am constantly on the go. It is the summer holiday &I'm out taking my nephew on outings, to activities, &busy with other commitments. I'm not strapped nor obligated to be tied to a desk &device checking for emails spending copious amounts of time reading &responding to written correspondence. I served clear and explicit notice of NO consent to email me which has been breached...no justified reason of Pro cook as a company, to have completely ignored and violated this.

You made a remark about having pulled off of the motorway to have the call with me... we mutually agreed a call today, at 12pm. I sent a message to your mobile to ask if possible to move it to 1pm &asked you to let me know if this was feasible. 
You replied "you'd drop me a message to let me know around that time it may just be afterwards". You messaged me at 1.32pm that "you're free right now", not giving me any prior notice. You messaged again within the minute, "you've another meeting at 2pm".
If 1pm wasnt feasible, you were free to let me know as per my request, &a time convenient to you wouldve been arranged.

..you implying you'd been put out &inconvenienced &that you'd gone out of your way to have a call, as though a favour to me as opposed to a business reaching out to a wronged customer exactly as they should. 
You weren't aware if I was free nor did you give any consideration to it...&made clear your window to talk ended at 2pm...If you're unwilling to schedule a call without a counter productive time restriction, to allow full thorough discussion &resolution I will proceed to report to Trading Standards & the ICO.

I cant cope with high stress &my anxiety being exacerbated...questions are still raised in my mind due to a matter clearly marked and addressed to head office senior management and the CEO, being kept between customer care and regional management, not passed to head office by the customer care team, but instead to yourself. 
To the extent that Head Office, and the head of operations are not eve aware of it, as you confirmed during our call.
I have already had cause to highlight suspicious occurrences and this raises further question.."

2nd time within 10 days purchasing from this branch. On first occasion first member of staff spoken to was not so helpful and didn’t really seem to care. A more senior staff member was far more considerate and focussed which resulted in a purchase. 2nd visit where my daughter and I spent over £150 resulted in my double checking my receipt to find I had not been charged for an item. I returned to the branch to pay. The staff member didn’t seem concerned at all nor was I thanked. Obviously I didn’t return to be thanked, morally it’s absolutely right to do so but a small recognition would have been nice.
