The member of staff was very obliging, taking time to answer my questions. There was no pressure and i made a very satisfactory purchase. I can't pass a ProCook shop without popping in.

Christopher was nothing short of amazing walking us through our options for steel pans, he also gave us tips on how to clean the panz. Him and Becky helped sort us ant the till and we appreciated their friendly manner and conversation. We have since used the pan and are so happy with it. He has helped us previously and we really appreciate his help.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Replaced my pans with updated coating without any fuss. Efficient, customer focussed. Will definitely shop at Pro Cook again.
