I asked if they could advance the delivery of the lamp because I had a business activity and they were able to get it to me the day before. Quick response to emails and extremely polite

they are foot draggers and ,I suspect,like so many companies that have arisen in recent years have no inventory and only a computer at their disposal.
If you are in a hurry do not use this company. Their prices are average and their shipping costs are too high
IT TOOK A WEEK TO SHIP WHAT THEY CLAIMED WAS IN STOCK!!! and still no details regarding the supposed shipping in Fed Ex system still in ND
