Got what I wanted, a day before it was meant to be delivered!

Well contacted mouser yet again. Promised a call to arrange a refund within two hours. Did they call. No! They really do tell lies and fob off. History so far:

Issue was part not as described as I ordered panel mounted parts. They sent non panel mount version.

Contacted on:

20th April 2022
Confirmed on 20/4/22 from mouser to send photographs to them with reference no given by customer service.

No reply from mouser

Sent photographs again on 25/4/22 with reference number.

No reply from mouser

Left bad review on trustpiliot which got their attention on 4/5/22

Followed up on 9/5/22

No reply from mouser

Sent pictures again via email on 4/5/22

Sent pictures again via email as requested on 11/5/22

No reply from mouser

Receive an email from denmark branch to ask if I still need assistance and that if they do not hear from me they will close the issue.

Contact them by chat on 12/5/22

They promise a phone call back within two hours.

No reply from mouser

JUNK!

mouser is totally unreliable, have taken a payment for an order and fail to sent the items
I have contacted them and they fail to respond
avoid this company at all costs
