After they been bought by one.com customer service has been terrible, before it was best hosting provider, now it's a lousy hosting platform. I will switch elsewhere as soon as my hostings expires.

Bad customer service [check]
bad response / zero feedback [check]
they will charge you money after you ended subscription and left [check]
you will spend months (not days or weeks), months trying to get to them to understand using previous emails they already acknowledged [Check]

avoid at all cost.

Avoid any business with Pro isp. Worse hosting company I have ever used for hosting and domain. No support at all, they ignore messages and since they moved and made some changes, they doubled the price for their services. No respect for loyal customers. I left them after over 7 years together.

As always fast and solid ! They help me each time ! VEEERY GOOD :)

Superfast servers and no downtime more or less ;)

Pro ISP came as a recommendation, so I knew they were good. But they have in fact surpassed my expectations. I moved my website from another provider and Pro ISP have been a real pleasure to work with. Their help-desk is simply outstanding, excellent. The two guys who served me were both very responsive and very knowledgeable. Thank you, Pro ISP.

Smooth, problemless experience

"Simon A" was helping me trough livechat with some issues I was facing regarding a SSL certificate. Super nice guy who was easy to communicate with and he resolved my issue within just a couple minutes.
I usually never write reviews on services, but this kind of customer service deserves a mention. If this is the standard I'm happy to be your customer for years to come. 10/10 from me!

Fast hosting. Reliable and good customer service.

I've been trying for over 24 hours to get access to their website to make changes to a domain name I just purchased. I've bought from or transferred to several of them over the last almost year. Once again, I'm having multiple challenges with getting access to customer service, even after I spend money (something I've decided NOT to do anymore after my last experience). Customer services is slow and barely responsive if you haven't spent money on hosting services, which I did at one point but learned I had to pay for every other service necessary to use services in addition to their high annual fee. The website is wonky and keeps me from logging in to manage my services (and that's on three different devices with three distinct OS. I wouldn't recommend this service and many thousands of connections would take my word that it isn't worth the time, money, and irritation.

Recommended. Best in Europa at the least!
