Great price from Visunext for an excellent value for money HD projector. Great service, too.

Ordered a camera online and as a Google link when searching for a product it takes you straight to the product page.
I clicked and bought the camera thinking projector 24 is uk 🇬🇧 should be here in a few days.
NOPE didn't arrive at all, so I then check my emails and in my SPAM folder is a email from courier simply saying "YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO SENDER"
Now I didn't get a card, phone call nothing to explain what had happened so I called projector 24 ( which is in UK to be answered VISUNEXT who are in Germany who then after receiving my order number told me yeh you didn't pay the import tax. ????????
EHHHH firstly no one told me there was import tax to pay so at what point was I to pay it, but then he tells me after me paying £250 which included VAT there was £49.00 import tax 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 This is a joke.
Now I get UK has left the EU and companies have to rethink and plan the way they do business, I've dud it myself. But just to add this to a product is Ludicrous and will not be accepted. He told me I would see it on the Home page at the top but as I explained when you search online for a product the links take you straight to the page and not to home page so its hidden from customers.
Look they refunded me and that was fine but thus is something they need to address so customers are not caught out thats a fact.

Generally a positive experience. The only hiccup was that the UK power cord included in the box was not compatible with the projector. This means we will either need to use an EU converter or purchase a separate UK cord. Not the end of the world but when purchasing such a high price item (£1,600) it would be great to have it working for your region right out the box.

The item came from Germany, and was delivered a day earlier than scheduled, and all during the Christmas rush and chaos at Dover. Well done all!

With other vendors struggling to get hold of stock in the run up to Christmas, Visunext was able to dispatch my order from Germany to arrive the next day in the UK. Excellent service, thank you!

I am giving 5 stars for service, unable to find product that I would like to purchase but Visunext had it in stock, was waiting only 5 days to receive it, no problem at all with this company yet :)

I had an issue with my screen and it was sorted immediately by Shane, who was also a font of knowledge. Would not hesitate to recommend this company for their customer relations and also their products. Screen is very professional and I could not be more pleased.

Excellent technical help in selecting a projector and wireless connectivity which I am very happy with the quality, assistance and speed of delivery. Sadly the recommended mount for the projector was incorrect and didn't fit, I then needed to return this at my cost. Would have given 5 stars but for the need to pay for an incorrect fitting part to be returned – be warned, if Visunext send incorrect parts you will need to cover the cost to return.

Contacted Visunext about the HUE animation suite. Shaun couldn’t be more helpful and price matched me with a competitor. Very accommodating, professional and personal service

Was hesitant to purchase a high value monitor from Visunext as I had never heard of them and due to the potential issues that comes with tech and the vendor support that is needed when this happens. Shouldnt have worried, very professional operation, all has run smoothly and on time. Very pleased.

A good price and product. Timely despatch of order and delivery was disappointing, having paid an extra £30 for what was described as next day delivery. I ordered on Wednesday evening a product that was in stock, it wasn't despatched until late Thursday - 24 hours later according to status emails and then wasn't delivered until the following Monday.

First class on communication and very prompt delivery would happily use again

The projector as ordered on-line.
The price for the product was pretty much the same everywhere but they did next day delivery which added £22 onto the cost. As I was very keen to get the goods I paid this only to discover that I'd missed the 1.30pm cut-off and delivery would not be till the day after.

I asked for a refund but was told that it was coming the next day going on their 1.30pm cut-off time, that was.

I thought this was little unfair but basically accepted it as my fault for not noticing this cut-off time. I think I placed my order around 3.00 - 3.30pm.
It would have been handy to have had a warning come up at the time letting me know that 'next day' would not be the case and giving me the option of standard delivery.

Anyway, the goods arrived from Germany as far as I could see from the packaging but had a European two pin plug and should have had an adaptor in the box but didn't. I contacted Visunext who said they'd send one out and it did arrive the following day.

Anyway, goods in good order and I'm pleased with the result.
I think they a seem to be a reasonable company to deal with all in all.
