Being unsure as my requirements for a projector I telephoned the company and was very impressed with the technical knowledge, courtesy and patience of the member of staff to whom I spoke. I duly purchased the projector that was recommended, which arrived quickly, well packaged and proved to be just right for what I wanted.

I had a very easy experience with Projectorshop24 and found the website extremely informative; it's not every day you need a portable projector! I made a mistake in choosing postage and queried where my items were via email but had a phone call back in no time. The person on the other end explained exactly where my items were and when they would be with me. Top marks. Now happily using the projector! ;-)

Looking to buy a new projector screen. I went on various websites looking for a certain size. I came across the Projectorshop24 website, Easy website to navigate and find what i was looking for. Ordered a screen paid by Paypal. It was delivered by UPS. Projectorshop24 offer a First Class Service and will be ordering from them again in the future.

Brilliant service, Easy to use site with all the information necessary for making a decision on which projector to buy. Good prices and excellent, speedy delivery.

Ordered a replacement lamp for my Acer projector. Good price offered and serviceand delivery was excellent. Goods arrived within 3 days and well packaged.

Easy to find the right part, (a spare lamp), delivered in a couple of days, well packaged to avoid any dammage in transit and to top it of a fair price. Yes I would come back for other purchaces.

Helpful advice given on the products sold, order was placed and received as indicated, with a genuine product, complete with instructions for fitting the bulb and resetting the projector. Brilliant. I know exactly where I will be visiting for any of my future projector requirements. Thank you all.

Product arrived in prompt fashion. The box was not substantial but did have cardboard buffer packing inside. The carrier UPS need congratulating as the box arrived in mint condition not a dent or bump anywhere to be seen!

Sony TGP-PJ1 3D glasses. An excellent product which compliments the two sets provided with Sony 3D projectors. These robust and comfortable accessories provide wonderful 3D viewing. Projectorshop24 was able to provide all the advice I required over the telephone and the product arrived next day. What more could anyone wish.

Checked information on line, but had some questions, the service I received from members of staff I spoke to was great. Understood my needs and made recommendations.

This company 'does what it says on the tin'. Good customer service, with keen prices and quick delivery are rare these days. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Although projector lamps for 3d projectors are very expensive, the projectorshop24 site made it easy and quick to select the right bulb and make my order.
The order was also very easilly tracked through the ups site so i knew when to expect delivery.

All in all an easy and painless process and the price was as fair as any other i found out there i would definitely recomend these guys.

Having called to ask if Projectorshop24 could get me a mini projector delivered within a 24 hour window, Ed (the man on the other end of the phone) went out of his way to help me. He even looked into OTHER RETAILER options! When all else failed, he pushed my request through with their own USP delivery service and let me know exactly what to expect. He never made any promises he wasn't entirely sure they could keep.
I now await my delivery with anticipation and the hope that it will arrive on time.
But even if it doesn't (and Ed warned me that it may not) that will not take away from the superb, honest and friendly service provided.
I will have no hesitation to shop here again and would certainly recommend this retailer to others.

I called up Projectorshop24 and asked if they could match a price I had seen elsewhere and they came back to me with a yes within 1 minute of phoning. Ed was very friendly and helpful throughout. He has emailed me back promptly when I have had a few questions to ask. The projector arrived within two days. Couldn't be happier!

Brilliant company to deal with, no messing and came up with the goods as promised. This is the first time I've dealt with Projectorshop24r and found them excellent to deal with. They were very helpful with ensuring I got the gadget which suited my needs. I was kept informed of every step of the way and the projector arrived on my doorstep as they said it would. We have purchased an Acer Projector P1220 for our Bird Club. I had a trial run at home with a Powerpoint Slide Show and I am really pleased how easy it is to use. The last thing you want when members are waiting for a show to begin is having to fiddle about with controls etc., This was so easy. The Bird Club will get great use out of the projector.

I had been let down by a well-known high street retailer, and found Projectorshop 24 on line. I accepted their offer of telephone advice and we quickly found what I needed - no attempt to sell me something higher in price. Moreover, the adviser saved me an enormous amount of money by pointing out that I did not need to buy a laptop in order to use this projector, the Epson EB-S11; it would work direct from a USB stick for my purposes. The product arrived at 4pm one day, and, although I had never used a projector before, I was giving a 2-hour presentation to a group the very next afternoon.

I ordered a screen from this company. The product is made by them and is remarkably robust but is sold at a low price. It arrived very well packed and very quickly despite the fact it was sent from abroad. My only slight moan is that I tried to speak to somebody at the company via livechat and later by phone but was unable to get through. Nevertheless I would stronly recommend them.

The delivery was quick and there was no problem getting a delivery to Northern Ireland. The product exceeded my expectation and the price was competitive.
