I personally spent along time dealing with many companies to choose the right cinema and these guys stood out a mile. Shaun who I mainly dealt with could not have helped more from choosing the right cables to even where to get the best deal on the curtains. I would completely recommend this guys to any one looking to buy anything to do with projectors

I wish I could remember the salesman's name just to say thank you. He knew what I wanted (a replacement projector bulb) gave me the best price and promised immediate dispatch. I received it 2 days later. Perfect.

As above, my item came from Germany by UPS.

I wanted a projector to use for presentations with my iPad / iPhone. They gave me good reasons why I shouldn't buy the one I was thinking of and good reasons to buy an Acer K330. The price wasn't much different, so they didn't oversell.
I bought the Acer and it does exactly what they told me. Very simple to set up and operate, quiet, multiple choices of connection and light weight and easy to carry about.
Delivery was a little longer than expected as it was shipped from Germany. Bought on the Thursday and delivered on Monday so I'm not complaining,
Comes with it's own carry bag and all the leads except HDMI, and they are really cheap from Amazon.
I am delighted with the Projector. I have run two presentations for about 30 people using Keynote and a couple of You tube videos which all performed perfectly.
I would thoroughly recommend Projectorshop24, if you don't know what you want they will give you good advice, and if you do know what you want they will give you a very good deal.

I ordered an infocus projector and a projector screen, they arrived in just over a week. This is my first projector and I am blown away with how my blu rays look with it. The projector screen is great too. They have a handy tool on their site to work out what size of projector screen to buy for maximum image size. Overall I would rate my purchase with projectorshop24 as excellent and I am sure I will be ordering from them again in a few years when I upgrade my projector or want a replacement bulb.

I have used projectorshop24 on 3 separate occasions now and so far they have been faultless. When I needed some information about certain products, they got back to me extremely quickly with the help I needed. Delivery has never been an issue, on time as always with no problems.

This is the first and last place I look for when purchasing anything to do with home cinema. Highly recommended.

I stumbled across the projector24 website and was so glad I did because, before then, I was struggling to figure out what to look for in a projector. This website is a one-stop shop really. The design makes it very easy to compare products and the live chat service is great for getting quick answers to queries.

The customer support was really excellent. The guy never pushed me into spending more money. He just matched my needs and budget to the most compatible projector and was happy to answer a lot of questions, explaining things simply and clearly. When I checked the Benq MS517 on other websites, it was between 50 and 100 pounds more expensive than with these guys!

As others have mentioned, it actually ships from Germany, so expect at least a couple of days between ordering and reception - but they hadn't over-promised on this. They provide a UPS tracking number and in my case, it actually arrived a day early. It was nice to discover (unlike many UK websites) that they shipped to Ireland at reasonable rates too.

I decided on an Epson TW6100 after doing my own research online.
Projectorshop24 were the only site to have it in stock and after ordering it took only a few days to arrive.
Very pleased with the price and the service.

I have just received my new screen today and it is fantastic. picture quality is outstanding!

I purchased an Acer projector from Projectorshop24 just over two years ago, for use only for about 12 weeks each winter. This winter (second season of use) I noticed small white dots appear on the screen - these increased in number with each week. Eventually discovered that these were probably caused by a faulty DLP chip.

The two year warranty had just expired but I contacted Projectorshop24 by email to see if there was anything they could do to help. Annette Mills called me back immediately and thought that the DLP chip might have a 5 year warranty. She suggested that I try to call Acer in Germany initially, which I did and they were not at all helpful - just kept on about the 2 year warranty being out.

Called Annette again to see if she could help and she spoke to Acer herself and then arranged for the projector to be uplifted and sent to Acer in Germany. The fault was found to be the DLP chip, as suspected. Annette called me back later to give the great news that the projected had been repaired, free of charge, and that it was on its way back to me.

This is probably the best customer service I have ever had from anyone, especially since the main warranty was out.

A big thank you to Annette Mills for her help and I would thoroughly recommend dealing with Projectorshop24 if you want great customer service.

Telephone on Tuesday 12th June 2012, to make sure the Projector Lamp I wanted would be an original Epson lamp and not a 'compatible' one - felt I needed to 'phone as the picture displayed on their site wasn't the same as my lamp. Spoke to a 'reasonably' polite lady who assured me the lamp would be an original Epson lamp as the pictures displayed were only 'generic' ones.
Ordered the same day via the web-site and received an order acknowledgment e-mail straight away and a despatched e-mail 30 minutes later.
Parcel was delivered Thursday AM 14th June 2012 by UPS, it was indeed an original Epson lamp and was packaged very well.
Yes the parcel came from Germany but 48 hour delivery is as good as some UK firms can manage!
Will definately be using them again!

Okay, so the website was brilliant, it had what I wanted and it was cheap. They have even gone to the lengths of having a live assistance which was great. The only letdown I'm afraid was the shipping.

The first problem that I had is that it took 2-3 working days to dispatch the item. This is the reason I used the live assistance, and the person on the other side was helpful, and stated he would put it as a high priority order and it would be definately shipped the next day. The second problem (and the big one in my opinion) was that with this being a UK website (says .co.uk) and as far as I remember the offices are within the UK also... you sort of expect the stock to be in the UK too.

Well, I got my tracking number the next day and it was in Germany?? So given the idea that they had to ship it a long distance also, by the time I actually received this item, it was a week or just over by the time I actually received it. Don't get me wrong, I think the company is doing a great job, but this might be a slight overlook and they should consider moving stock to the UK to give better delivery times, or state a little clearer on the website that their stock arrives from abroad and may take a few days to be processed.

The layout, rating and comparrison system used on the site was brilliant at helping me decide which projector to buy with really very little experience of the tech. Everything was explained really clearly, what the lumens figure means in real terms and the ratings for business/personal use were a good guidance.

There was plenty of good communication saying when the order shipped and providing tracking information. The item arrived only 1 day after ordering and in excellent condition with an EU adaptor power cord (very handy for business users) and is going on it's first outing today.

I found the website very useful for narrowing my search for the right projector. It was easy to use and had all the info I needed. I tried very hard to find a better price on the Benq MX717 but no one else could match Projectorshop 24. Delivery was very fast and we used the projector in a large church today and were very pleased with the results. Thank you, Rob

Their search function let me look through the various projectors to figure out which one I wanted better than any of the others, most of which looked even MORE design-work shoddy than this one.

Turned out they sold it as cheap as anyone who didn't look even less trustworthy too.

Projector arrived in just a couple of days, and is exactly as described (which is to say slightly bigger than the shelf it was supposed to fit on, because I am an idiot who needs, now, to buy a new shelf).

I assume their three year guarantee is good but of course I'll only find out about that if it breaks, which I hope it doesn't.

This is a great service at a great price. My projector arrived 2 days after placing my order. The sales team were also very helpful, both on-line and on the phone.

My telephone conversation with their salesman was excellent. I know very little about projectors, but he guided and advised me with easy to understand information, and did not try to sell me something I did not need or was out of my price range. I ordered on line and delivery was swift and on time.

I was a digital projector virgin but this company guided me with expert knowledge and without bias and were cheaper than amazon.
