Very disappointed in the presentation the football boots have been sent out in. They look like a returned item, the box is damaged, no tissue paper to protect the boots.
Itâs a let down especially when theyâre a gift for someone.

Poor communication
Well I ordered 2 pairs of training bottoms, and it took them nearly 1 week to tell me that 1 of them was out of stock and then just refunded my money and sent the other pair out.
Problem was, Iâve paid delivery for just 1 pair of training bottoms and now I need to find a different pair to order and will have to pay delivery again.
I did email them to ask why I wasnât contacted sooner and given the option to select a different pair before they just delivered 1 pair. But unfortunately no one ever got back to me. Also you canât call them as online orders can only email them.

10/10/25 One of the items I ordered was missing and some of the items i received were the wrong sizes. I called their customer service and I was told that they are not the right department to call.
