Ordered a pair of Puma Ultimate 7 soft ground football boots on 5/8/2024 for over £100- needed fairly urgently for start of season on 10th August. Received the wrong item on 7/8/2024. There is no phone number to call that is not a premium rate number. The return section of the online account states that the buyer is responsible for return postage. I would not be returning if the correct item had been sent out in the first place. It is a mistake on the sellers part to have sent out the wrong item and I am expected to pay to return in addition to paying for the wrong item to be sent out in the first place. I paid by credit card so will be raising a dispute unless ProKit UK can rectify their mistake by paying return postage for the wrong item and exchanging for the right one.

Really helpful and responsive. Did everything they could to ensure my son received his shirt in time for his birthday. The shirt is of a high quality. He will be really pleased. Thank you!!

Excellent service and products from start to finish. Was buying a referee kit and this company were cheaper and delivered quicker than any other company I looked at and the products were personalised with a badge. The socks got a hole in them a few weeks after purchase and the company sorted it out and issued a refund within a few days. Will use this company for all future needs.

I ordered football shirt for my son, a medium as all his tee shirts are this size. Unfortunately when this arrived it fitted snuggly and really needed to be bigger. I was told when I asked that I was not able to change as it was made to order. I understand this but would expect to be ‘warned’ if an item comes up smaller than usual. I will not be buying from this company again

I purchased a Grays Athletic Football Shirt, and paid for the standard delivery. The shirt arrived a couple of days later which was very impressive. Great quality shirt and great service.

Easy to use and top quality. Ordered 15 shirts, arrived swiftly. Issues with graphics ironed out by supplier. Overall easy and enjoyable experience.

Excellent service. I email with a question and they responded straight away. I then placed my order and it arrived before the date ProKit had stated. Kit is a very good quality and personalisation looks excellent.

It took a month for it to arrive, which is a joke when paying £6 for delivery.
When trying to call to find out where it was it was the sort of call that makes you want to punch yourself in the face - pressing options then it cuts out, start again, maybe after 25 minutes actually speak to someone.

Great service as always. All my previous orders have been posted but this time I collected the items in person. If you get a chance to collect the items make sure you do, as it’s like Aladdins cave for football. I’ll be back!
