I used Prolific a few years ago when I bought my house. They were professional and really helped keep the whole process moving. Paul at Prolific has completed both commercial and residential mortgages for us . With a large portfolio in the background Paul quickly arranged mortgages answering all the lender enquiries very efficiently .
As a result of this I have referred Paul to several of my investor friends who have had a great experience too . Responsive to emails and calls and turns around business quickly .

Over the last seven years, Paul has taken us through two new mortgages for new houses and also two remortgages. He was initially recommended to me by a friend and I have now recommended him to at least six or seven friends, family and colleagues.
