Although I did not end up choosing ProMerchant as my payment processer, I vividly remember Dana Brand. She was super friendly, very responsive, followed up, and made sure I knew she was there for me. If my current processor ever fails me (which is expected in this industry unfortunately), then I'll be calling up Dana.

After shopping around .. price wise .. proMerchant works best for me .. Dana did a great job walking me through the process of the 3 programs we are working on. It's great for my customers and that's a plus for my company.

My representative CJ was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service explained the process and any fees associated with the processor. He was patient with me getting documents back to him. He returned documents to the underwriter immediately. I would recommend CJ to anyone who is looking for a payment processing.

Liz Reyes was extremely helpful in helping us set up our account. She was knowledgable, and when she did not have an answer to a question, she quickly found out and got back to us.

Mardochee is a real asset to the company never knew a person with this much patience he wouldn’t give up he kept trying till I got over the hump since I wasn’t really that inept on working with this company should be really proud of a person like that. I really enjoyed him!!!
