Delivery was very quick and items were very well packaged.
My first experience with this company was faultless so I didn’t bother looking around for a better deal this time.
Will use again when needed.

I ordered two Powershell Bodywarmers, which did arrive promptly, but far from being the advertised 3XL in size they were more like L !!

I have no problems with M&S, Cotton Traders, Jacamo and Buttonfresh, where 3XL means 3XL. Pronto have got no idea!!

I filled their online return form - but it would not accept my order number, saying it didn't exist.
I have emailed. If there is no satisfactory reply the next stop is Citizens' Advice.

Would leave zero stars but that's not an option.
Ordered hard hats from here as it had the best price with next-day shipping. Hard hats have an expiry date due to the plastic materials. When my order arrived, I saw the manufacture date was 1.5 years old, meaning I only had a limited time to use them. Their customer service was not willing to offer any kind of discount, despite half their lifespan already being gone. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Pronto Direct charge £18 for shipping to Northern Ireland. It was a fleece, a very light fleece. Ridiculous amount. Do Not buy from them if you are in Northern Ireland.

Can't fault the product which I've bought before but for anyone who uses this company my advice would be don't pay the extra for the royal mail 24 hour delivery service. In my case it hasn't been delivered yet. It's 13th February 2026. I made my order on the evening of the 10th not expecting it to picked until the following day given the time I actually made the order.

I received an email on the afternoon of the 11th saying that my order had been despatched and after selecting the 24 hour delivery option not unreasonably expected the package to be delivered the next day. It wasn't!

As I write this after checking the items location with Royal Mail Tracking I find it is still in transit and the earliest it will arrive will be tomorrow 14th February which will be 3 days after I was told it had been despatched. I would have been better off using the standard service and saving myself a few pounds. The thing that irritates me is when companies promise a service that they can't guarantee. It's the small irritations like this that make me seek other suppliers.

sadly on friday . going into mansfield the bus driver slammed his breaks on and i have hold of the bar . and swung around hitting another pole on the bus . i have pain now in my shoulder ! and under arm !

Ordered few work clothes and after more than week driver "tried to deliver", no items ever was tried to delivered and seller messaged that they will try re-deliver items but havent heard from them more than 3 weeks, no one answers on emails about refund or delivery! Lost time and money!

Accidentally stumbled across this company when looking for workwear. I am so glad I did, the range is extensive and the quality and longevity of the clothing is something you will not be disappointed in. Delivery was very fast. Great website to navigate, easy order process, wide range of items. 100% will purchase over and over again.

I was looking for PPE that was outside the norm. I ordered late in the day. The goods turned up next day at the correct delivery address. The sizing was exactly as described and fits perfectly. The quality appears to be good, especially for the cost.

The gloves arrived late. There was a slight mistake in the address. It was nobody’s fault. I cannot discredit the company.
