I honestly wasn't even thinking about my order anymore — and then out of nowhere, the boots arrived at my door! What a pleasant surprise. I had completely forgotten I'd ordered them, so receiving them felt like an unexpected gift to myself.
The boots are fantastic — well-made, stylish, and exactly what I needed for my active lifestyle. The quality speaks for itself. But what really stood out was that they still followed through and delivered, even when I had given up hope.
Highly recommend this brand. They don't forget about you, even when you forget about yourself! 😄 Will definitely be ordering again.

When we initially attempted to place your order with our supplier, we were advised that the products had gone out of stock. You should have received an email notifying you of this; however, it appears our system did not send this as expected, and I apologise for that. I will be investigating this internally.
The good news is that the item has now become available again and your order is already on its way to us. We process supplier deliveries on the same day they arrive, so tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

We are now on the 14th... no replies to further emails, no order has arrived absolutely disgusting customer service... I will be making a charge back claim with my bank.

This company is awful. They have never sent my t shirts. They have took my money .they never answer your emails. There just scamming people left right and center. Im 😡😡😡 mad as he'll. Il never get my money back. Avoid this company at all cost.

I placed an order two months ago and was informed it had been received at the warehouse on Friday 13th March (unlucky for some!). Just one pair of safety shoes, not a difficult order to fulfil. I have since tried numerous times to contact the company, firstly asking for information on the delivery and more recently asking for a refund. The latest response from them, over a week ago, was that the order was on its way. It's not! I have again asked for an immediate refund and still no response. Activewear - you have replied to other reviewers recently. Can you tell me if I will be getting a refund???

What a disgusting company. I cancelled my order having waited more than a month for it to be dispatched. They ignored me, they then posted the item to me (which I no longer wanted) made me pay to return it, promised to refund both the postage and value of the items they have successfully received back yet still haven't issued a refund. Absolutely fraudulent company that should not be allowed to trade.
Edited to add, they claim to have refunded me in full, they have not. They have refunded half the amount I'm owed and not responded to my email asking them to resolve it.

Items arrived after nearly 1.5 months despite paying for a premium delivery. I wanted to cancel the order because of the delay but they never listened and ended up sending the items. After receiving the item which was not what i had expected i ended up returning the item to them where i had to pay the postage fee. However despite trying contact them multiple times i never received any refund for the returned item and for the postage fees.
Luckily my bank has processed refund for me and will follow up with them.
Update as of 12/05/2026
So the team has reached out to me even though its very pretty late. They did follow up and gave me my refund including the postage fee. I will now refund the bank as well. Having experienced all these i can say they are genuine and do care about the business so they really need to optimise the process and invest more on supply chain and IT mangement. I wish them good luck in recovering from the mess they are in.

Placed my order for 4 pairs of Chinos. Order was placed 23rd of Feb 2026. I waited 11 days before contacting them to find out my order was out of stock. I was told it was out of stock when I placed the order but unfortunately the automated service had let me place my order. I thought no problem I am not in any rush. I can wait. Another week goes buy I send another email to which I get a reply maybe 4 or 5 days later if at all now. All I get is your order has been expedited and offered a Complimentary 10% discount which I do not even want. from Emily Jayne. Another week or so goes by and still no order. Lied to again and offered another 10% discount. Like I am ever going to order again from this place. So I keep emailing to finally receive a reply telling me Emily has left, As a customer I don not car e what is happening behind the scenes and staffing is not my problem. I again Mark said What is your order number I will process a full refund. SURPRISE! over 2 months now and I am no further a long to getting my money back. let a lone getting a reply. This company is shabby, Lacks any kind of customer service and certainly doesn't care about customer. AVOID THIS GROUP AT ALL COSTS. They will take your money but you certainly wont see your order.

Update May 12th -The company’s public reply is not accurate.
They did not arrange collection until weeks after I cancelled, and only after I escalated formally through a Subject Access Request and a Letter Before Action.
The returned goods have been received by them, but they have still refused to issue the refund.
I have written evidence confirming the full timeline and that their reply does not reflect what actually happened.
Initial Post -
I placed my order on 14 March and cancelled it before dispatch, but Activewear ignored the cancellation and sent it anyway. As of 28 April, they have still not acknowledged emails, arranged collection, or provided any meaningful communication.
Because of the lack of response, I’ve had to take formal steps to protect my consumer rights. This included submitting a Subject Access Request, sending a Letter Before Action, and requesting their data‑retention policy. These are standard legal processes available to any consumer when a company does not engage.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear many customers have experienced the same issues: ignored cancellations, no replies, no refunds, and no customer service engagement. This appears to be a wider pattern rather than a one‑off problem.
My advice to others, based on my experience, is to keep everything in writing, know your rights, and use the formal processes available if the company does not respond. It’s the only way I’ve been able to make any progress.
I cannot recommend this company.

The coat came nearly 2 months after ordering! the communication with this company was very poor, I contacted citizen's advice, the police and my bank,
as with other people I would not recommend dealing with this company.

I wanted to write a review of my experience buying from Activewear because I don't think I've ever seen such a low rating, and had I seen this before ordering I would certainly have avoided this company.
I ordered on the 11th of March, asked for an update perhaps ten days later via the 'contact us' page, then found a second method of approach on the actual page detailing my order and sent an inquiry on the 30th. There was a reply this time and I was told the two items I had ordered were out of stock but would be along soon.
On the 16th of April I asked for another update and was told my order had been dispatched and was on its way. My order arrived on the 24th of April. 44 days is a long wait especially without updates, I only knew there was anything happening because I had asked.
So this has been a frustrating experience but I did receive what I paid for. Not a shop I could recommend, I wondered, are they more focussed on large commercial orders and less concerned with smaller domestic customers? Certainly there are many here dissatisfied.

Do not buy from this company!!
I ordered a jacket 8 weeks ago and it was never received. Initially they fobbed me off with the 'unexpectedly out of stock' story and assured me it was on its way from their supplier, then after several weeks, when I said I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund, they stopped replying to my emails. It would appear that either they are operating a scam or they have serious financial problems and are not paying their suppliers. Avoid at all costs!
