Missing ittems


The three boxes arrived with multiple visible holes, particularly around the corners and sides. One of the boxes was also open on one side when it was delivered.
After delivery, I discovered that several of my personal belongings were missing. I have photographs showing the condition of the boxes after delivery.

A very professional service from start


A very professional service from start to finish. Superb communication, competitively priced.
I only had a small but delicate collection but the guys made sure the items were protected and wrapped well for the journey (appreciated)
Dmytro was super efficient and kept to the promised schedule.
Would definitely recommend, so thank you. 🌟

Excellent!

I had not heard of Proovia before to be honest but they delivered my cabinet recently and I have to say I was very impressed! They were careful, considerate and polite when entering my home to place the furniture where I asked which was great and very helpful! Big shout out to Proovia!

Useless

I paid extra for white glove service to include unpacking my table in a room of my choice. I told them that my flat was on the second floor and that there was no lift. The delivery men said they had been told it was ground floor and had no instructions about the white glove service I had paid for. The service I had paid for was not provided.

The courier disregarded our


The courier disregarded our instructions and left the wooden products out in the rain for 8 hours possibly ruining it very unimpressed
