Sara was very nice and straight to the point. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with all the plans I chose.

There is no way to tell what you've ordered. No confirmation emails are sent upon signing up and there is no way to cancel an order before the period stated in the terms and services. Service portal and purchasing websites are different, requiring you to make a separate account with each.
