Graham the installer was very professional and very competent in his work. And the broadband is excellent, don't have a TV yet to see how it is.

Padraig at Property Button made it simple, he gave me the options advised which supplier he thought was best for me, and he set it all up no fuss no grief.

Padraig was very helpful, however I feel that the company removes the power of choice from the consumer.

I didn’t know what to expect when I was told they’d ring me, but Padraig was really helpful talked me through it and explained everything, he also got me a great deal on broadband as well as my electricity provider. Saved me so much time and effort than if I was to do it myself

Excelente service, very clear explanation of the options, a good range of options and specially the will to help choose the best plan for me.

I informed this organisation that I would be switching own providers. But they went ahead set me up electric Ireland account making it that I had go then close it as already had account. So gave me more work to do and made my day more stressful. Do not recommend.

Awful company, avoid. So my estate agent suggested we sign up on purchase of our new house. However we ended up finding it easier to find our own electricity supplier so didn't sign up. Five months after we move, we suddenly receive a property button email saying they have moved our electricity, this despite never signing up with them and being in the house 5 months. Then we get emails from our existing supplier saying they will hsve to charge us a penalty as we are changing mid contract!!!!!! We didn't want to or try to change!!

We contacted property button and eventually receive a one line email saying they think the new supplier made a mistake! But the new supplier couldn't have our details and the first change email was from property button!

This is positively fraudulent. And we will be escalating.
