Delighted by the experience

I was able to compare prices of different plans from different companies and I chose the options that suits my needs. It was very helpful as I am new to the country and not familiar with the various energy providers in Ireland.

Incompetent

I tried to change the name my account would be registered with multiple times by calling and email, but it still was registered with the wrong name. Agent assured me that the issue would be sorted. Now I have to waist my time and deal with electricity company because electricity account, as a result, was set up incorrectly.

Fantastic service!

I would definitely recommend using Property Button, it took all the hassle out of contacting providers, etc. Sara was so helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks Sara!!!

Completely incompetent

I asked you to add my fiancee as a secondary holder to the account, instead the account is set up under both our names squished together so we have to call to get it set up properly. The delivery for the wifi was also sent to the wrong address. It would have been much easier to set it up myself

Changing providers

Im moving home and property button was recommended to me I rang and spoke with Megan she was so helpful and it took all the pressure off me trying to switch energy provider Megan had it all sorted for me in a day and im so grateful
