Our rental application and moving process was made really easy and efficient by Jez, Jess and Dan. The communication was great if we had any queries Jess would get back to us ASAP. Would definitely recommend.

I hear so many horror stories of various letting agents from friends in Brighton and Hove but I only ever get to brag that mine are so good.

They were that great on first viewing my flat, and that it was one of the main reasons I wanted it. I've had bad experiences in the past but these people know their stuff. They could answer every question in detail and without having to "check on that and let me know" including parking, council tax, meter readings, decorations, building management, everything, and I ask alot of questions and visited a lot of properties.

Most importantly, though, they look after their tennents well once you're in too.

I highly recommend them and should I ever have to move home I will only use them in the future.

I was a tenant at a flat where Property Moves where the agency. Shelby was fantastic and was always quick to communicate and liaise with the Landlord and any works needing done were acting upon quickly. The communication was always friendly and really clear making life easy as a tenant.

Property moves were incredibly helpful with our recent search for a rental property. Not only did they help us find exactly what we were looking for, but they also set up a viewing of the property for us immediately! Both Jez and Daniella went above and beyond to ensure our move was as seamless and smooth as possible. Great communication, very forthcoming with all the information we needed and addressed all of our queries or concerns immediately! I highly recommend!

Propertymoves have managed an investment property in Brighton for us for the last two years they have always been responsive efficient friendly and helpful.

Please avoid this letting agent if you are a tenant. Numerous issues throughout tenancy which ultimately all followed the same lines of not wanting to upset or rock the boat with the landlords relationship who must have great ties with the owner Graham. We were charged for numerous issues on check out which were present on check in. Property moves conduct the check in with very little detail and far away photos. They then call in a external company to do the check out report detailing 60 pages close up pictures which were not documented during the check in. Awful awful company please stay away if you want your deposit money kept safe!

Jessica and Dan have been super helpful throughout the entire moving process. They and the rest of the Property Moves team have been quick to answer any questions we had, and provided us with everything we needed prior to move in!
