Ingenious product, great customer service.
There's really nothing not to love about them.

Didn't end up buying the flat as we decided it's not the right time just yet. But their staff was super helpful in cutting through the mortgage jargon which at the start was all a bit overwhelming for us.

We’ve been wanting to buy a house for a while but found it difficult to get a deposit good enough to give us a place in an area we liked.

Renting was just not working anymore, as we couldn’t change anything in the house without permission from the landlord. This need became even bigger when our baby girl was born and that’s when we realised how Proportunity could help. They helped us find the right house that we could afford and be confident about our decision. We were also able to further negotiate on the asking price based on their area valuations and then finance our mortgage with Halifax.

Found where I should buy and what flats were best value in that area. Able to offer below asking as broker got mortgage approvals ready. Help apply to Proportunity for top-up loan add to my deposit and get low monthly costs. Did not have to buy a new-build. Great !

I just got off the phone with Stefan from Poportunity and I am thoroughly impressed with their product/ system and with Stefan himself.

I messaged Stefan on Linked In as I had some questions I wanted to ask but I could not find a phone number. He replied and asked if I was free to speak after 17:00 - I was.

17:01 the call comes in and Stefan spends 25 minutes with me answering all my questions. Very knowledgeable and clear explanations. Quality customer service and I look forwrad to liaising with him further until I've bought my first home.

Their system is great. So far the interface has been very user friendly. It has a slick design and everything flows well. Great job on the software development.

Overall great experience so far (although early stages). I hope my experience continues to be stirling with Proportunity.
