10 minutes after having my ipad screen repaired, discovered the pencil not working. Went back to the guy who said first give it 24h and it will work. As expected nothing working after 24h, they promised to get it replaced by another one which you'd find 2 different guys from the shop giving different replies about, one say we ordered the new screen for you it will arrive Saturday and then the other say Tuesday we will call once arrive; of course never received a call. On the week waiting, I noticed the ipad heats too much and not charging if watching youtube while putting the charger and that was something completely new after the repair. Now, around 6 weeks or a bit moreafter the repair, the touch is not working properly up to a point making the screen dysfunctional. Completely unprofessional and untrustable place

went to go get my phone fixed on Saturday for 40 quid thought it was all good until last night Sunday when random apps started opening and this morning Monday got a grey prompt that somethings been connected and stuff started opening and of all things he was scrolling through my YouTube shorts strange one wouldn’t recommend only if you want a cheeky hack n called em he said he couldn’t understand English suddenly when I brought it up and ended the phone!!!
don’t touch with a barge pole!

All the employees here are magnificent! Superb customer service! Kat is one of the nicest ladies I've met in Cambridge. Always helping me with recommendations. I always come here for my vapes or phone fixing needs.
