super friendly and helpful staff, very attentive and gave me a good deal

Sam helped us today . He was so polite , so professional and gave us some great advice . We will definitely use imobile again as really appreciate the face to face advice and support.
His colleague was also great referring us to Sam .

Recently bought an iPhone from Clumber Street Nottingham the staff were very friendly and helpful excellent service and couldn’t have been more helpful would definitely recommend this shop Jeff and Jan Clifford

I went in with my phone broken and he fixed it for free in minutes. Lovely employees and great experience.

Revisited the nottingham store. Current manager has a brilliant customer service and honestly can't fault the service provided to me today. I will totally recommend.

I bought in my broken phone which included a cracked front and back screen and wouldn't turn on. They did a diagnostic review and offered me a wait, unfortunately I couldn't be without a phone for work ect, so I asked for the sims to be moved onto a new phone. In and out in 1.5 hours, really honest and very helpful plus they did me a great deal on the price. Exactly what I needed after arriving in a bit of a panic.

I was looking for a real high street shop that I can trust to upgrade my phone and sell the old device. I had a great support to find what I needed. I was allowed to try it and was convinced that, even though it is a second hand device, functions as new from the box. Also the guys bought my old phone providing premium rates for trading it in. Can highly recommend! Store located in Nottingham.
Update 8 months after. Battery health at 73%, lasts a few hours. Requires replacement but not covered under the warranty - 6 month only. Was 100% when bought and said it was replaced with a new but apparently was a low quality battery - not happy. Offered a 20% discount but not, thanks.

I needed a screen protector, having decided to boycott Amazon (for a number of reasons), so went into imobile on Clumber Street as I was passing. What a brilliant service! I got a great quality screen protector for much less than I’d pay on Amazon (and much better quality than Amazon); the assistant also fitted it for me, free of charge.

What great service! I'm a journalist and I was looking for a way to record telephone calls - with the interviewee's permission, of course. One of the big phone providers told me I would have to buy a sim card which would cost me £60 for a year. I went into imobile just on the off chance - and Kumar was brilliant. He knew his stuff. He showed me the button on my iphone 15 pro which means I can record calls at no cost! Now why couldn't my provider have done that?
