A lovely gentleman helped me out with a screen repair and did a superb job. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

Went into the Wakefield branch to get a battery replacement and was told that It wasn't necessary - just a new back glass from where I'd attempted a dodgy repair myself!

Half the price I thought it would be and all sorted in less than 2 hours. Can't praise the service enough - 10/10

Brought my phone in for two repairs which were both botched jobs, however the second being worse, suddenly, my battery doesnt work, doesnt charge, doesnt hold power, but this wasnt an issue until afterwards. My battery health was 15% lower after the service, explain that one.

Excellent and friendly service from Mustaba at the Wakefield branch, i went in with a water damaged phone and he carefully took everything apart for me and tried his best to dry it out. He managed to get my phone to technically work again even though there was damage to the screen. He was very patient and i'm extremely grateful for his help, a true gentleman!

I never usually do reviews or have ever had issues with phone firms repairing my phone. But my experience here was so poor and unprofessional. I had to write this to warn others, as nobody deserves to be treated the way i was or lose their money to this firm.

Originally i had come into this firm for the first time to fix a charging problem with my phone. They told me they would 'change the charging port and put a new one in.' And that was that. In the end my phone was able to charge so they did fix the issue initially. But after taking it away, my phone started to overheat to obscene levels, and cause the phone to constantly restart. And whenever I called or received calls I could no longer be heard. So I had left with more problems with my phone that is originally had.

I came back to ask them to fix it, and they said they didn't have the parts and to come back Tuesday. But the employee didn't seem to care much. I then went to a different store to see if maybe they had the parts early, but upon inspection they told me the battery was changed and faulty, and the charging port hadn't been changed. I was upset, but i decided to go to another phone repair firm to see if they said the same. They said the same thing.

So i returned to IMobile. And was only met with defensive hostile behaviour, no remorse or offer to fix or take responsibility. And even tried to cast me aside and serve other customers when i was speaking with the employee.

I heavily don't recommend this place. Ill mannered employees and unprofessional work.

I was in town and my phone showed up with an unable to install app notification. The notification froze my phone making the phone useless. I brought it in and they fixed in less than a minute. Cost nothing. Amazing 10/10

I called in about my iPhone 11 Pro screen replacement they replaced screen within 30 minutes while I did my shopping the phone further needed a battery replacement all this was at a very reasonable low cost price and customer service was excellent they were so reasonable and reliable and phone is working 100% I would recommend these guys to anyone needing repairs on Mobile devices thank u so much
