Excellent service
Excellent service!
I booked this in for a Gold service this week. Whilst waiting for them to open, I looked through my logbook and noticed the previous owner had carried out one in July. I spoke to the reception and he was fully understanding and cancelled the service- on the same day it was due! I asked them to carry out a diagnostic test for an issue I'd had, which they done instead. Picked it up after work and although they couldn't fix the issue, they gave me a garage recommendation. Very impressed with the friendly service I received.

Shoddy incompetence.
Shoddy incompetence.
Replaced my exhaust which then FELL OFF 2 weeks later. Thankfully it didn't cause an accident to people behind!
For this reason I do not use them myself anymore but my husband took his car to them for MOT, they decided he needed a new exhaust and here we are a month later and his exhaust FELL OFF! Again thankfully it didn't happen on a fast moving road in traffic and cause an accident!
I would have thought fitting an exhaust would be something vehicle mechanics would do regularly and be fully capable of doing properly.
Once is a mistake, twice is pure incompetence, negligence and complete disregard for the safety of road users.
