I had booked a slot for two new tyres…
I had booked a slot for two new tyres on my kia rio, I arrived at the Belper branch about 10 minutes early, my appointment was 10.30 ,on arrival it was as ever busy, so pulled into the bay only for one of your staff to start shouting "you'll have to move it I've got cars coming in" I pointed out mine was one of them ,he however continued to shout"youll have to move it" I asked why the attitude but still ended up pulling the car out and having to go round the block again and park the car outside, the work was done in the time promised, I've used the Belper branch many times over the years, and always been happy, on this occasion however I really was not happy with the attitude of your fitter, considering I had booked a time and not turned up ad hoc I was treated as a inconvenience, I will now consider taking my custom elsewhere.

Superb experience today!
The team was up and ready before opening at 9am. Everything was smooth and easy. The whole team was friendly and helpful. My car was in for new tyres and tracking reset and it was all ready within the hour. I couldn't be happier and would thoroughly recommend Selectatyre in Belper. Amazing service! Thank you so much!

Poor Service and bad practice
Booked an appointment, turned up at appointment time only to be told they were busy and running 30 mins behind. Asked staff member about the booking system only to realise they were allowing cars to just drive in and turn up so eliminates the process of booking. Rang to clarify situation and manager, Grant, insinuated customer was lying even without confirming with his staff members first. No cctv in the workshop or on the front of the premises to confirm or deny events. Poor customer service, bad practice and would never recommend or use again.

Protyre rear disc and pad change
Protyre recently did rear disc and pad change at short notice with no fuss. They checked around the car and reported the rear shocks (MoT advisory) had deteriorated and were also changed in the same visit. They went above and beyond to resolve an emergent complex braking issue. Staff were knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great service
I went to Selecta-tyre in Belper with a puncture. The guys were really helpful, professional and friendly. Unfortunately the puncture couldn’t be repaired so they ordered me a new tyre and fitted it the next morning. Excellent service. I’ll definitely use them in the future.
