Excellent service from start to finish staff were very friendly & helpful

Brilliant service, friendly staff.
Although difficult to get anyone to answer the phone to book/check on MOT

Prompt service to replace tyre damaged by one of the many potholes in Bideford.

Very helpful in booking me in on the same day. They checked over my car and gave me their professional opinion and options. The work was done quickly and well. It was nice to have a report afterwards to let me know what condition other tyres were in and the brakes. Very helpful throughout.

So easy and quick to book an MOT online. The car was seen and worked on exactly on time. Unfortunately it failed, but they were able to book me in within 2 days to get the work done. I was then able to go away in holiday the next day as it would have had to be cancelled. The price was great value and cheaper than originally quoted. Very courteous and very efficient.

The 'free' tyre check is extremely basic and misleading. DON'T BOTHER!! The report said all the brakes were still functioning OK and I was told to ignore a squealing sound. Within 6 weeks I have had to have all the brakes replaced, including the drums and rear bearings that were damaged because I carried on driving when the linings were worn down. My feedback was dismissed.

On line ordering is easy. Staff at Bideford are efficient, friendly and do a great job.

The online booking process was easy and a good price.
I dropped the car in early and spoke to them about doing a four wheel alignment as that's not available to book online.
They gave me a price and said they would have a look.
When I picked it up they said the back didn't need doing as perfectly aligned.
Many garages I've been to over the years would have taken the opportunity to make a bit of extra cash for no work.
My son recommend the garage to me and I'll definitely be back. 5*

We made an appointment for 2 front tyres to be replaced, this was done efficiently and in good time.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, will definately return in the future.

Polite, helpful friendly staff. Checked all tyres, a couple were still good for a while. I choice to replace all 4, booked in efficiently, tyres replaced in the time given.
Would highly recommend.

I was given a fixed quote that included labour and vat so I knew how much it would be. My car was checked thoroughly, I had a report with a clear record of when the other tyres would need replacing and when I would need new brake pads
