Knowledgeable staff
Knowledgeable staff, who explain what work needs to be done, and why. Very competitive prices, but above everything else, they look after your car. Colin & Connor are excellent ambassadors for ProTyre.

An honest, genuine and reliable company
Great customer service, from Colin on the front desk, to the fitter who carried out the work.
Would recommend to anybody (and already have).
Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. An honest and very reliable company……. which is only as good as its workers!

Professional service
Professional service. Booked and paid MOT online. Dropped car, immediately inspected, ready to collect in 45 minutes. Good value for tyres. Never get the feeling I am being ripped off like other places in the area.

Very welcoming staff
Very welcoming staff. I had an Aircon Re-gas completed. I didn't have too wait too long. I noticed, whilst waiting, that the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful to customers. I will definitely be making a return visit to this Protyre Autocare Branch.

I know I get great, trustworthy service here. It’s usually a short notice call to help me with a puncture and the guys will always fit me in. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you!

Protyre Bishop's Stortford are excellent!
I've been using Protyre in Bishop’s Stortford for 2-3 years now after being repeatedly being let down by other mechanics. I cannot fault Protyre BS - their service, their prices, their speed, their thoroughness and their no nonsense. Recommended to family and friends who now trust in Protyre BS. I recently had 5 tyres fitted to loose wheels at the Bishops Stortford branch. The staff were friendly, helpful and the job was completed quickly. The price was very competitive at least £50 less.
