Jan (Bridgnorth branch) was a superstar at making me feel confident that I was getting the best service possible. Everything was explained so that I could make an informed decision about the right tyres for my needs. There was no sales pressures, and no unnecessary upselling.
Jan talked me through what the tracking report was showing and made me aware of potential future issues to keep an eye on. Would highly recommend.

Easy to book. The procedure and timescale was explained to me and the end result was a fully working air conditioning system on the hottest week of the year. Absolutely marvellous!

I was told the aircon being regassed might not work so after waiting an hour I was told it failed to regass at first but eventually regassed but to keep an eye on it because I've got an aircon leak that I never had prior to this it's not as cold as it should be and not very powerful either also I never received a receipt or paperwork

Quick and efficient service.

Very underwhelming experience. I made the appointment and ordered the tyres over 2 weeks in advance plus the wheel alignment service - as you would when having new tyres. However when I got there, I was told that they couldn't do the alignment because my car has air suspension. I reminded them that this potential issue had been raised during the booking process and we'd established that it didn't. The 3 guys on site then said it still couldn't be done because the car has side skirts and their lifting gear can't cope with that! They told me to go to their Worcester branch to get that done. Completely escaped them that that depot was 30 miles away. I was then told that they couldn't do the alignment because I was 15 minutes late and they had customers booked in all afternoon. However, it was clear that the place was virtually deserted apart from my car and one other the whole time I was there. I picked Protyre because of their competitive pricing but they guys could do with a little customer service training. I had to hastily book my car into an alternative garage for the alignment process which was done with efficiency and a smile.

I had a puncture and I brought itiithe car to Protyre in the hope something could be done at short notice. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, and they inspected the tyre there and then and replaced it. I was only there about half an hour, the job done. Thank you, I was able to enjoy the Bank Holiday with peace of mind.

Rapid friendly service, no problems.

I called in to get a puncture repair and ended up having two new tyres. Not what I expected but the advice was sound, the tyres were badly worn and illegal. The cost was reasonable and the service prompt and efficient. Couldn't ask for more, really.

When I arrived for my appointment the site was closed , manager was on a course and guy who should have been there was ill, a guy who worked there told me what happened as nobody had keys or able to access the site or new code words for the computer , said someone would phone me , but they never did , so phoned next day and rebooked
